RETURNS & RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order for purchases made through distance selling. The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). There are exceptions where the right of withdrawal does not apply (Chapter 2, Section 11), including, for example:

  • A service where the performance has begun with the consumer's consent during the withdrawal period, such as subscriptions.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that may quickly deteriorate or expire (e.g., consumables).
  • Products with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (including in-ear products and razors).
  • Sealed audio or video recordings (e.g., DVD movies) or sealed computer software/games (including console games) where the seal has been broken.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must cancel your order in writing within 14 days from the date you received your order. This should be done via our customer service through our contact form. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the product is well packaged and reaches us undamaged.
