A purchase agreement is made when GRIPLIS confirms the order through an email order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by GRIPLIS's database without manual review. In case of any errors, such as incorrect pricing, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

All prices include VAT. GRIPLIS reserves the right to change prices, close out items, and correct any errors that may exist on our site or in our advertisements.
Prices are shown in SEK. For Swedish customers, payment can only be made in SEK. VAT is always charged for Swedish customers (included in the price).
We offer free shipping for deliveries within Sweden.

All items marked with "in stock" are available for immediate delivery from our warehouse. In case of a delay, you will be contacted by our customer service, and you, as a consumer, have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost if desired.
Orders placed with us before 12:00 will be shipped the same day.
Delivery within Sweden/EU is handled by Schenker. Normal delivery time is 1-3 days (Sweden), depending on the location. For Europe, the delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. We always use traceable shipping.
We are responsible for the transportation risk, meaning the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you.
As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive a product we have shipped to you. The right of withdrawal is regulated by the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). According to Section 4 of this law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts involving, among other things:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses, and the product must be in substantially unchanged condition.
This means the product should be able to be resold as new to the next customer without them noticing that it has been used. You are responsible for return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal.

If something is wrong with your delivery, such as a damaged item, incorrect item, or incorrect quantity, contact our customer service at order@griplis.se. We usually respond within 48 hours. The error must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. GRIPLIS does not cover return shipping costs. This cost is to be borne by you as the consumer (private individual) in case of an approved claim.
Items that are ordered but not claimed, or are returned to us because you, as the buyer, were unavailable despite repeated delivery attempts, will be charged 195 SEK including VAT for administrative costs, as well as the actual shipping cost for both delivery and return. For special orders, the full order value will be charged.
